Please note that this purchase includes the digital art files only, and no physical frames are provided. You will receive an email link to download your art files shortly after your purchase. Simply save them to your computer and print them whenever you like!

Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
Note: All orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders: Customs, duties, and taxes on international orders are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary based on the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase.
Damages and Issues
We strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@bykath.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Reprint Eligibility: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, it may be eligible for a reprint. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the necessary information and photos to assess the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
